All web pages on your domain are checked for missing alt text and provided with AI-generated text.
A maximum of 5,000 images per domain can be generated automatically. If you need more, simply contact us.
Automatically generated alt texts can be viewed in the tool and edited individually. Existing alt texts are not overwritten. However, the monitoring points out potentially deficient texts.
In that case, we recommend deleting all alt texts. The system will then detect what is missing and automatically create new alt texts.
Images without alt text are clearly displayed in the tool and can be edited individually. The system automatically detects decorative images in many cases and sets the alt text to “”. Additionally, images can be manually marked as decorative.

Yes, AccessGO automatically improves your website’s keyboard accessibility.
Improved keyboard accessibility makes it possible to use a website without a mouse, meeting key WCAG requirements. With the integrated skip links, users can switch directly between different sections of the website. In addition, a focus outline in the widget’s primary color highlights the current selection and makes orientation easier. When navigating by keyboard, the user is also actively notified if an element opens a new tab.

AccessGO analyzes your website automatically based on over 110 WCAG 2.1 checkpoints (A and AA). You receive clear reports with prioritized recommendations for action.
By default, the monitoring takes into account the legally relevant AA standard as well as additional best practices that go beyond WCAG requirements and further improve user-friendliness.
Optionally, we also provide information on level AAA, for example for public bodies and authorities.
ARIA labels, forms, and the heading structure are not automatically adjusted, but are reliably detected and clearly identified by the monitoring.
